Soly Serrano (She/They)

Soly is passionate about helping people to feel safe and at home in their bodies. She’s been holding space for others as a yoga teacher since she was 19 years old, which has given her immense practice in meeting her clients exactly where they’re at so that they can access their innate knowledge.

As a woman of color, she’s determined to improve birth outcomes for marginalized communities. She has experience supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ families. Her intention is to empower your family with evidence-based tools so you feel informed and confident as you welcome your baby into the world.

Soly is a birth and postpartum doula, which means the support she provides can take various forms, including:

  • Breathing through every contraction together

  • Reminding you of your options and your sovereignty

  • Encouraging your partner to support you however possible

  • Physically assisting you into different positions and movements throughout labor

  • Educating you as needed so together, you can fill in any gap in your knowledge about birth or newborns

  • Practical in-home support during the day or overnight so you can rest
