What do coaching sessions include?

We start with an hour-long introductory call where we discuss your child’s history, learn your goals, and develop a plan together.

We come to you with the latest evidence-based teaching, and you’ll leave each session with tangible things to implement and more in-depth understanding of your child’s development and needs. We aim to provide you with the confidence you need to navigate any challenges that your child is facing.

Following our initial call, we will schedule follow-up sessions as needed.

These sessions are tailored to your needs & concerns. Common topics we cover include:

  • Tips to manage chronic constipation & withholding

  • Frequent Accidents

  • When & how to start potty training

  • Troubleshooting potty training

  • Strategies to potty train a neurodivergent child

  • Pain with urination or bowel movements

  • So much more

Please note, that although we are licensed and registered occupational therapists, these virtual offerings are NOT occupational therapy services. This is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic advice. We cannot evaluate, diagnose, or treat you unless you are a resident of the state of Colorado. We are always happy to help you find a licensed therapist in your area if necessary.
