Dr. Kayshe Miles, OTD, OTR/L
Kayshe Miles is a doctor of occupational therapy specializing in pelvic floor dysfunction. She studied at the University of Northern Iowa and completed her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at Creighton University. After graduation, Kayshe pursued post-professional training in pelvic floor therapy and has been treating all genders and all ages with chronic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction
Kayshe's passion for pelvic health was sparked during her doctoral capstone, where she explored women's health and understood the importance of pelvic health in overall well-being. Her goal is to create a safe and empowering space for her patients, where they can learn, heal, and take control of their wellness. With a comprehensive background in various clinical settings, Kayshe brings a unique approach to treating pelvic floor dysfunction, blending her knowledge of mental health and orthopedics with innovative and evidence-based therapy techniques.
Her holistic approach to care is rooted in her belief that true healing goes beyond just physical treatment and utilizes the biopsychosocial model to address all aspects of health. Kayshe is dedicated to educating and empowering individuals to better understand their bodies and helping them navigate pelvic health concerns with confidence and support.
When she’s not in the clinic, Kayshe enjoys outdoor adventures in the mountains, baking sourdough, and spending time with family and friends.
